The Civil Service has a vision to become ‘A Brilliant Civil Service’, through effective leadership, skilled people, improved outcomes, and by making this a great place to work. This vision is something that should be part of everything we do in every government organisation, so that we become the very best we can be while delivering for the citizens we serve.
For internal communicators across government, this means integrating the vision into our existing work, change programmes and initiatives. And to help us do that in a consistent way, a toolkit has been developed with input from Heads of Internal Communications across government, containing information about what the vision is, how to use it, the key messages within it, examples, previous blogs, and links to recently published materials and graphics. There is also a guidance document for use of the graphics.
We hope you find this toolkit helpful, but we recognise this will evolve so we would really appreciate your feedback, comments and ideas.
